The 416 was built initially to overcome the limitations of the SR3 viewfinder with regard to large-barrel, 35mm lenses. Taking inspiration from Aaton, the SR’s and the ARRI 35mm family, the 416 Plus has become the last-word in sound-sync Super 16 production. Representing a formidable engineering achievement it’s the quietest film camera on the Market. Our package includes on-board V-lock batteries and the AZ Spectrum HD-IVS conversion (a new HD/SD dual IVS built inside the original housing) that maintains the original form factor. The camera can be rigged for any situation including steadicam, AR and Trinity rigs.
